Text
In any case when it is made to appear to the juvenile judge that the service of a citation under section2151.29of the Revised Code will be ineffectual or the welfare of the child requires that he be brought forthwith into the custody of the juvenile court, a warrant may be issued against the parent, custodian, or guardian, or against the child himself.
