Text

When a person entitled to the money invested or turned into the county treasury under section2113.64of the Revised Code satisfies the probate court of the person's right to receive it, the court shall order it to be paid over and transferred to the person. In case it has been turned into the treasury, the county auditor shall give to the person a warrant for the money upon the certificate of the probate judge.
