Text

Upon the filing of the petition described in section2111.33of the Revised Code, similar proceedings shall be had as to pleadings and proof as on petition by a guardian to sell the real property of a ward under sections2127.01to2127.43of the Revised Code. The probate court shall appoint three disinterested freeholders of the county as commissioners to examine the premises to be improved, to examine the surroundings, and to report to the court their opinion whether the improvement proposed will be advantageous to the estate of the ward.
