Text

The court, by order or rule, may require that any inventory filed by a guardian pursuant to section2111.14of the Revised Code be supported by evidence that the inventory is a true and accurate inventory of the estate of the ward of the guardian. The evidence may include, but is not limited to, prior income tax returns, bank statements, and social security records of the ward or other documents that are relevant to determining the accuracy of the inventory. In order to verify the accuracy of an inventory, the court may order a guardian to produce any additional evidence that may tend to prove that the guardian is in possession of or has knowledge of assets that belong to the estate of the ward and that have not been included in the guardianship inventory.
