Each fiduciary as to whom definite provision is not made in sections2111.14and2115.02of the Revised Code shall make and file within three months after the fiduciary's appointment a full inventory of the real and personal property to be entrusted with the fiduciary, its value, and the value of the yearly rent of the real property. Except as provided by section2115.16of the Revised Code, exceptions to the inventory of a fiduciary may be filed at any time within six months after the return of the inventory by any person interested in the entrusted property or in any of the property included in the inventory, but the six-month period shall not apply in case of fraud or concealment of assets.
