Text

Pursuant to division (A) of section2101.24of the Revised Code, the probate court for the county in which the declarant or deceased person resided at the time of death or the county in which a living person whose post-death arrangements are the subject of dispute resides shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any action that results from sections2108.70to2108.89of the Revised Code.
