Text
(A)Notwithstanding section2108.81of the Revised Code and in accordance with division (B) of this section, the probate court for the county in which the declarant or deceased person resided at the time of death may, on its own motion or the motion of another person, assign to any person the right of disposition for a declarant or deceased person.
(B)In making a determination for purposes of division (A) of this section and division (C) of section2108.79of the Revised Code, the court shall consider the following:
(1)Whether evidence presented to, or in the possession of the court, demonstrates that the person who is the subject of the motion and the declarant or deceased person had a close personal relationship;
(2)The reasonableness and practicality of any plans that the person who i
