Text
(A)Subject to divisions (B) and (C) of this section, if a declarant's representative or successor representative is a group of people in whom the right of disposition has vested as described in section2108.71of the Revised Code, or if a class of persons has the right as described in section2108.81of the Revised Code, and the persons in the group or class disagree regarding how the right is to be exercised, the decisions of the majority of the persons in the group or class shall prevail.
(B)If, after reasonable efforts, less than all of the persons in a group or class described in division (A) of this section have been located, the decisions of the majority of the persons in the group or class who have been located prevail.
