Text
(A)Whenever it appears that a covered entity has violated or is violating section2108.36of the Revised Code, the affected individual may commence a civil action for injunctive and other equitable relief against the covered entity for purposes of enforcing compliance with that section. The action shall be commenced in the court of common pleas of the county in which the violation occurred or is occurring.
(B)In an action commenced under this section, the court shall schedule a hearing as soon as practicable and shall apply the same standards when rendering judgment as would be applied in an action brought in federal court under the "Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990," 42 U.S.C. 12101 et seq.
(C)This section does not create a right to compensatory or punitive damages against a
