Text
This section and sections2108.01to2108.28of the Revised Code modify, limit, and supersede the "Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act," 15 U.S.C. 7001 et seq., but do not modify, limit, or supersede section 101(a) of that act, 15 U.S.C. 7001, or authorize electronic delivery of any of the notices described in division 103(b) of that act, 15 U.S.C. 7003(b).
Nothing in this section, or sections2108.01to2108.28of the Revised Code, negates the applicability of sections1306.01to1306.15of the Revised Code to this section or sections2108.01to2108.28of the Revised Code.
