Text

If a coroner or a coroner's designee attends a removal procedure under section2108.266of the Revised Code, on request of the coroner or coroner's designee the procurement organization requesting the recovery of the organ shall reimburse the office of the coroner for the additional costs incurred in attending the removal procedure. Any reimbursement made under this section shall be applied directly to, and used only for the purpose of, offsetting the salary, wages, and expenses of the coroner's office.
