Text
If the coroner or the coroner's designee allows recovery of a part under section2108.263,2108.264,2108.265, or2108.266of the Revised Code, the procurement organization shall, on the coroner's request, cooperate with the coroner in any documentation of injuries and the preservation and collection of evidence prior to and during the recovery of the part and shall provide the coroner with a record describing the condition of the part, a biopsy, a photograph, and any other information and observations that would assist in the post-mortem examination.
