Text
As used in this section and sections2108.26to2108.272of the Revised Code, "coroner" includes a medical examiner.
A coroner shall cooperate with procurement organizations as described in sections2108.26to2108.271of the Revised Code to maximize the opportunity to recover anatomical gifts for the purpose of transplantation, therapy, research, or education.
