Text

The election upon the question of combining the probate court and the court of common pleas shall be conducted as provided for the election of county officers. The board of elections shall provide separate ballots, tally sheets, blanks, stationery, and all such other supplies as may be necessary in the conduct of such election. Ballots shall be printed with an affirmative and negative statement thereon, as follows: Returns of said election shall be made and canvassed at the same time and in the same manner as an election for county officers. The board shall certify the result of said election to the secretary of state, to the probate judge of said county, and to the judge of the court of common pleas, and such result shall be spread upon the journal of the probate court and of the court
