(A)(1) An acting judge appointed pursuant to division (A)(2)(a), (B)(1), or (C)(1) of section1901.121of the Revised Code shall receive reimbursement for actual and necessary expenses and a per diem compensation established by the incumbent judge, subject to the following limitations:
(a)If the incumbent judge receives compensation as described in division (A)(5) of section141.04of the Revised Code, the per diem compensation of the acting judge shall not exceed the per diem compensation paid to the incumbent judge based upon a work year of two hundred fifty days.
(b)If the incumbent judge receives compensation as described in division (A)(6) of section141.04of the Revised Code, the per diem compensation of the acting judge shall not exceed the per diem compensation paid to th
