Text
(A)Whoever violates section1761.05or division (G) of section1761.08of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
(B)Whoever violates division (C) of section1761.21of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. A person who is convicted of violating such division is also subject to disciplinary action, including dismissal or removal from office.
