Text
(A)The superintendent of insurance may revoke the license of any credit union share guaranty corporation that fails to comply with a final cease-and-desist order issued under section1761.18of the Revised Code or for any violation of this chapter or the insurance laws of this state.
(B)No license shall be revoked under this section or any other section of this chapter or the insurance laws of this state until after a hearing has been held in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code.
