Text
Unless otherwise provided, all notices sent to a health insuring corporation by the superintendent of insurance that may result in regulatory action under sections1753.31to1753.43of the Revised Code shall be effective upon dispatch if transmitted by registered or certified mail. Any other notice transmitted shall be effective upon the health insuring corporation's receipt of the notice.
