Text

(A)Whoever violates section1733.44of the Revised Code, or any order of the superintendent issued pursuant to this chapter, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
(B)Whoever violates division (C) of section1733.327of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. A person who is convicted of violating such division is also subject to disciplinary action, including dismissal or removal from office.
