Text
(A)The voting members may adopt amendments to the articles or regulations or amended articles or regulations in a writing as provided in section1733.11of the Revised Code or in a meeting of members called for that expressly stated purpose by a vote of two-thirds of the voting members represented at such meeting; or, if the articles or regulations provide or permit, by the affirmative vote of a greater or lesser proportion, but not less than a majority of the voting members represented at such meeting. The board of directors may, at any duly held meeting, adopt amendments to the field of membership article or to the regulations, by an affirmative vote of two-thirds of the number of directors authorized by the articles or regulations.
