Text
(A)Whoever violates section1729.04of the Revised Code shall be fined not less than five hundred nor more than twenty-five hundred dollars for each offense.
(B)Whoever violates division (A) of section1729.68or commits an unfair marketing practice as defined in section1729.69of the Revised Code shall be fined not less than five hundred nor more than five thousand dollars for each offense.
