Text
Conveyances of grounds sold under section1711.25of the Revised Code, which are owned exclusively by any county agricultural society, may be executed by the president of such society, as such. Grounds owned partly by such a society and partly by the county may be conveyed by deed executed by the president of the society, as such, and by the board of county commissioners.
