Text

To provide for the payment of bonds issued under section1711.28of the Revised Code and interest thereon, the board of county commissioners may levy such annual taxes on all the taxable property of the county as are necessary to provide a sinking fund for the redemption of the bonds at maturity and the payment of interest accruing thereon. Such levy shall be collected and accounted for to the county treasurer in the manner provided for the collection of other taxes.
