When a county agricultural society has given notice to the board of county commissioners as provided in section1711.25of the Revised Code and has selected, or secured options for the purchase or lease of, a new site for holding county fairs in the county, its board of directors shall immediately give notice of all such facts to the board of county commissioners. Such notice, if the old site is sold or leased before the purchase or lease of the new one, shall state the amount for which it was sold or leased, the amount of money necessary to acquire the new site, and the terms of the purchase or lease of the new site, together with a full description of the parcels of land included in the new site and of any improvements thereon.
