Text

The board of county commissioners, upon the issuance of bonds under sections1711.18and1711.19of the Revised Code, shall levy a tax upon all the taxable property on the tax duplicate of the county for the purpose of paying such bonds as they mature and the interest thereon, at the rate and for such length of time as may be necessary for the purpose.
