Text

(A)Except as provided in division (B) of this section, the following are entitled to relief as dissenting shareholders under section1701.85of the Revised Code:
(1)Shareholders of a domestic corporation that is being merged or consolidated into a surviving or new entity, domestic or foreign, pursuant to section1701.78,1701.781,1701.79,1701.791, or1701.801of the Revised Code;
(2)In the case of a merger into a domestic corporation, shareholders of the surviving corporation who under section1701.78or1701.781of the Revised Code are entitled to vote on the adoption of an agreement of merger, but only as to the shares so entitling them to vote;
(3)Shareholders, other than the parent corporation, of a domestic subsidiary corporation that is being merged into the domestic or foreig
