All money collected under sections1561.14,1561.16,1561.17,1561.19,1561.20,1561.45, and1561.46of the Revised Code shall be paid into the state treasury to the credit of the mining regulation and safety fund created by section1513.30of the Revised Code. The department of natural resources shall use the money in the fund to pay the operating expenses of the division of mineral resources management.
