Text

Fines collected by reason of prosecutions under this chapter and Chapters 1563., 1565., and 1567. of the Revised Code shall be paid to the chief of the division of mineral resources management, and by the chief paid into the state treasury to the credit of the mining regulation and safety fund created in section1513.30of the Revised Code.
