Text

All fines, forfeitures, and penalties arising from prosecutions, convictions, confiscations, or other actions commenced by department of natural resources law enforcement officers, including, but not limited to, wildlife officers and natural resources officers under this chapter or Chapter 1548. of the Revised Code, or commenced by natural resources officers under any law prohibiting the dumping of refuse, trash, or litter into the waters in this state, shall be paid to the director of natural resources and by the director paid into the waterways safety fund established in section1547.75of the Revised Code for the purposes provided in sections1547.55,1547.67,1547.71, and1547.72of the Revised Code.
