Text
There is hereby created in the state treasury the waterways safety fund. The fund shall consist of money credited to it under this chapter and Chapters 1546. and 1548. of the Revised Code. The fund shall be used for boating-related activities under those chapters and for purposes specified in section1517.16of the Revised Code.
