Text
(A)When the board of elections of the county in which a park district is located has had filed with it a petition calling for the dissolution of the district, and determines that the petition meets the requirements of this section and section3501.38of the Revised Code, the board shall place the issue of the dissolution on the ballot at the next special election to be held on the day of a general or primary election. Written notice of the filing of the petition shall be sent immediately to the board of park commissioners and the probate court that created the district.
(B)The petition shall:
(1)Be filed with the board no less than ninety days before the next election;
(2)Be supported by the signatures of at least twenty-five per cent of the number of voters in the district
