Text
An active park district created under this chapter and to which no territory has been annexed under section1545.15of the Revised Code may be dissolved under section1545.36or1545.37of the Revised Code. An active park district to which territory has been annexed under section1545.15of the Revised Code may be dissolved only under the applicable provisions of section1545.37of the Revised Code. A park district that has been inactive for five years may be dissolved under section1545.38of the Revised Code.
