Text
(A)No person shall operate a tag fishing tournament without a permit issued by the chief of the division of wildlife under section1533.92of the Revised Code.
(B)No person shall operate a tag fishing tournament contrary to any special conditions imposed on the tournament by the chief under section1533.94of the Revised Code.
(C)No person shall operate a tag fishing tournament in a manner that violates the rules of the chief adopted under section1533.93of the Revised Code. Each violation of any such rule constitutes a separate violation of this division.
(D)No person operating a tag fishing tournament in accordance with a permit issued by the chief under section1533.92of the Revised Code shall charge an entry fee per participant in excess of ten per cent of the permit fee established b
