Text
(A)No person who has been convicted of or pleaded guilty to a theft or fraud offense under the laws of this state, another state, or the United States shall be eligible to apply for a permit to operate a tag fishing tournament under section1533.92of the Revised Code.
(B)No person who has been convicted of or pleaded guilty to any gambling offense under the laws of this state, another state, or any political subdivision of this state or another state shall be eligible to apply for a permit to operate a tag fishing tournament under section1533.92of the Revised Code.
(C)No person who has been convicted of or pleaded guilty to violating section1533.97of the Revised Code shall thereafter be eligible to apply for a permit to operate a tag fishing tournament under section1533.92of the Revise
