(A)The department of natural resources is not liable for any death or injury to person or property that may result from the operation of a tag fishing tournament regardless of whether or not a permit has been issued for the operation of that tournament under section1533.92of the Revised Code.
(B)No employee, officer, agent, or official of the department is liable for any death or injury to person or property that may result from the operation of a tag fishing tournament regardless of whether or not a permit has been issued for the operation of that tournament under section1533.92of the Revised Code unless it is established in an action brought in the court of claims within one year after that tournament that the acts of the employee, officer, agent, or official giving rise to the death
