Text
Unless otherwise directed by the director of natural resources, all fees, fines, penalties, and forfeitures arising from prosecutions, convictions, confiscations, or other actions taken under sections1533.86to1533.90of the Revised Code shall be paid into the state treasury to the credit of the wildlife fund created under section1531.17of the Revised Code, to be used for the administration of sections1533.86to1533.90of the Revised Code.
