Text
Any sheriff, deputy sheriff, marshal, deputy marshal, municipal police officer, township constable, natural resources officer, conservancy district police officer, or other law enforcement officer, within the limits of the officer's jurisdiction, may enforce sections1533.86to1533.90of the Revised Code and rules adopted pursuant to section1533.88of the Revised Code, and any wildlife officer may enforce those sections and rules throughout the state.
