Text

The chief of the division of wildlife may sell gift certificates that may be used to obtain, pay for, or purchase licenses, permits, stamps, user fees, and conservation-related items provided for under this chapter or Chapter 1531. of the Revised Code. The chief may adopt rules in accordance with section1531.10of the Revised Code necessary to administer this section, including all of the following:

(A)Designating which licenses, permits, stamps, user fees, and conservation-related items may be obtained, paid for, or purchased with a gift certificate;
(B)Prescribing the form for the gift certificates;
(C)Authorizing persons who are designated and authorized under section1533.13of the Revised Code to sell licenses and permits under this chapter also to sell gift certificates under this
