Text
(A)Whoever violates division (A)(1), (2), (3), (4), or (5) of section1513.17of the Revised Code shall be fined not less than one hundred nor more than ten thousand dollars, imprisoned for not more than one year, or both.
(B)Whoever knowingly violates section1513.04of the Revised Code shall be fined not more than two thousand five hundred dollars, imprisoned not more than one year, or both.
(C)Whoever violates division (A)(6) of section1513.17of the Revised Code shall be fined not less than one hundred nor more than one thousand dollars.
