Text

The chief of the division of mineral resources management shall make an annual report to the governor and to the general assembly. The report shall identify each reclamation project, state the number of acres reclaimed by the division or persons with whom it contracts under sections1513.20to1513.25of the Revised Code, identify the county in which the project is located, and make a detailed accounting of expenditures.
