Text
After completion of the reclamation of a tract of land acquired pursuant to section1513.20of the Revised Code, the chief of the division of mineral resources management may, if the land is suitable to the uses of any other department, division, office, or institution of the state, transfer the land or tract to that department, division, office, or institution, subject to the approval of the director of natural resources.
With the approval of the attorney general and the director, the chief may sell any such land or tract, after completion of the plan of reclamation, when the sale is advantageous to the state.
