If the owner of a parcel of real property receives a notice concerning the filing of an application for a permit to drill a new well within an urbanized area as required by division (A)(9) of section1509.06of the Revised Code, the owner shall provide to each residence in an occupied dwelling that is located on the owner's parcel of real property, if any, a copy of that notice within five days of receipt of the notice.
