Text
(A)Whoever violates division (A) of section1506.09of the Revised Code shall be fined not less than one hundred nor more than five hundred dollars for each offense.
(B)Whoever violates division (K) of section1506.32of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
(C)Whoever violates sections1506.38to1506.48of the Revised Code shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars nor more than five hundred dollars for each offense. Each day of violation constitutes a separate offense.
