Text

The director of natural resources may enter into a contract with any county, township, municipal corporation, conservancy district, or park board that has an agreement with the state in accordance with section1506.42of the Revised Code for the construction of a shore erosion project. No contract shall be let until all money that is to be paid by the political subdivision entering into the agreement has been deposited in the shore erosion fund created in that section.
