(A)Whoever violates sections1333.01to1333.04of the Revised Code is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.

(B)Whoever violates section1333.12or1333.71of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.

(C)Whoever violates section1333.36of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.

(D)A prosecuting attorney may file an action to restrain any person found in violation of section1333.36of the Revised Code. Upon the filing of such an action, the common pleas court may receive evidence of such violation and forthwith grant a temporary restraining order as may be prayed for, pending a hearing on the merits of said cause.

(G) Except as otherwise provided in this division, whoever violates section1333.92of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. If the value of the compensation is one thousand dollars or more and less than seven thousand five hundred dollars, whoever violates section1333.92of the Revised Code is guilty of a felony of the fifth degree. If the value of the compensation is seven thousand five hundred dollars or more and less than one hundred fifty thousand dollars, whoever violates section1333.92of the Revised Code is guilty of a felony of the fourth degree. If the value of the compensation is one hundred fifty thousand dollars or more, whoever violates section1333.92of the Revised Code is guilty of a felony of the third degree.
