Text

A person who sells, gives away, or otherwise disposes of any garment, clothing, wearing apparel, or household goods or causes any garment, clothing, wearing apparel, or household goods to be sold, given away, or otherwise disposed of in accordance with sections1333.22to1333.28of the Revised Code is not liable in damages in a civil action to any person for any injury, death, or loss to person or property allegedly arising from the sale, giving away, or other disposal.
