Text

Any garment, clothing, wearing apparel, or household goods that are placed in storage and that remain in the possession of a person without the reasonable or agreed charges for the storage having been paid for twelve months, and any garment, clothing, wearing apparel, or household goods on which any of the services or labor described in section1333.22of the Revised Code have been performed, that subsequently have been placed in storage by agreement and that remain in the possession of a person without the reasonable or agreed charges for the services, labor, and storage having been paid for twelve months may be sold by that person to pay those charges and the costs of notifying the owner of the garment, clothing, wearing apparel, or household goods as described in this section
