Text
The department of taxation, through the tax commissioner, shall administer and enforce sections1333.11to1333.20, inclusive, of the Revised Code. The tax commissioner, pursuant to sections119.01to119.13, inclusive, of the Revised Code may adopt, amend, and repeal rules and regulations necessary to enforce and administer sections1333.11to1333.20, inclusive, of the Revised Code. Upon notice and hearing in accordance with sections119.01to119.13, inclusive, of the Revised Code, the tax commissioner may suspend or revoke any wholesale or retail cigarette license for the violation of, or the failure of the licensee to comply with, said sections.
