Upon compliance by the applicant with the requirements of sections1329.54to1329.67of the Revised Code, the secretary of state shall cause a certificate of registration to be issued and delivered to the applicant. The certificate of registration shall be issued under the signature and seal of the secretary of state, and it shall show the name and business address and, if a corporation, the state of incorporation, or, if a partnership or limited liability partnership, the state in which the partnership is organized and the names of the general partners, or, if a limited liability company, the state of organization, of the person claiming ownership of the trademark or service mark, the date claimed for the first use of the trademark or service mark anywhere, the date claimed for the first use
