Text

No person dealing in goods, wares, and merchandise made by prisoners in a correctional institution shall knowingly have them in possession for the purpose of sale or offer them for sale without the brand, label, or mark required by section1329.31of the Revised Code or remove, conceal, or deface the brand, mark, or label.
